I remember when I was little and reading the Harry Potter books - which I loved - and was convinced that I would be invited to go as a muggle-born. I guess a little bit of me died when I had to go to a secondary school which in no way was magical. Even now (at 13/14) I still have fantasies of Dumbledore coming to whizz me to Hogwarts and telling me it was a mistake that I wasn't invited when I was 11.
